Donations

Hello all,
As we are trying to raise 4750 dollars any donations you wish to make would be gratefully received and we can promote your generosity on this posting. Donations can be made directly to Southwest Healthcare reception by stating that the money is to go to Cycle4Life and they will issue you with a tax deductible receipt. All money will be going directly to the purchasing of the Oxygen Concentrator.
If you want to talk directly to me ring 55 619100 during business hours to discuss other possible options for donation. Thanks for any contributions no matter how small. This cause is about doing something for the people of Warrnambool.

  4. Wow our first donation from outside the region. Rod Soar from Ballarat has put in 50.00. This is truly generous. I guess it highlights the importance of giving to rural communities to ensure they have access to all the best of equipment and treatment in their local area. Thanks Rod.

  8. Great suggestion from Russell was for anyone who has links to clubs or organisations to print off the letter for donation requests located on this blog and take to your local club. If you want me to write a personalised letter then please let me know. Also i would be happy to talk to any clubs post the ride to let them know how we went and what we ended up raising.

  9. Hello all,
Jason and I are looking to have a fundraising breakfast to raise some money like we did 2 years ago. The date at this stage is 31st July. The breakfast will be some cooked food and some fruit salad and yoghurt and muesli. Does anyone have suggestions of a suitable venue? Please send me your ideas.

  14. A great donation came in from the Masonic Lodge in Warrnambool after myself and Jason gave a short talk on our ride. The lodge members donated $750.00 to the cycle4life fundraiser. A tremendous generosity and we are both grateful not only for the money but the experience of attending the lodge and seeing some of its wonderful history.

  20. Thank you to Sharyn Amos and her family for $100.00 dontation for the ride. Sharyn has once again asked that i carry a symbolic rock to represent the loved ones who have either fought or succumbed to the battle with cancer. I am thankful she kept the rock from the last ride as its only a bit bigger than a 50c piece so won't weigh me down too much. Thanks again Sharyn. There is still time for people to donate but we are well on the way to our goal.
